Payment and Refund Policy
Payments for individual sessions must be made in advance. For course bookings, payment is required before the beginning of the course.
If you book services or a course, you may request a refund in writing within 14 days of the payment date. For bookings made within 14 days of the start date, refunds will not be granted. After 14 days, all purchases are non-refundable.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for individual appointments. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur charges. Cancellations within 48 hours will still require payment. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider waiving this fee.
If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations on our part will not incur charges, and we will make every effort to reschedule sessions at your convenience.
Refund Process
Any agreed-upon refunds will be processed within 10 working days using the original payment method.
