I provide expectant parents with the necessary resources and tools to help them feel informed and confident as they approach labour. Relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and outlining birth preferences are also covered. These workshops are designed to foster a sense of readiness and confidence.
Antenatal Doula Support package description:
- Sessions: Six two-hour sessions, totalling to twelve hours of personalised consultations.
- Focus: This support includes education on childbirth, birth planning, and emotional preparation, to help ensure that you feel informed and confident as you approach labour.
Price: £450
Birth Support
As part of my Birth Support services, I provide continuous support and advocacy throughout labour. I will be there to offer comfort measures such as massage, positional suggestions and breathing techniques, all of which will be tailored to your needs. I will protect your space, create a calm environment and help you to navigate the challenges of labour, ensuring that your preferences are respected. I liaise with the medical staff on your behalf, ensuring your wishes are respected and you feel heard throughout. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and confident as you welcome your baby into the world.
Birth Doula Support package description:
- Duration: Continuous support during labour.
- Focus: I will be on call for a specified period before and after your approximate due date, providing comfort measures, advocacy, and emotional support throughout the birthing process.
Price: £800
Postnatal Support
During the postnatal support phase, I offer practical and emotional support to families in the early days after birth, helping them to adjust to life with a newborn. This includes offering guidance on infant care and feeding, as well as helping parents to establish routines that suit their family. I provide a listening ear and a compassionate presence to help ease any concerns or challenges that may arise during this transition. My goal is to support families in feeling confident in their new roles and to foster a nurturing environment for parents and baby alike.
Postnatal Doula Support package description:
- Duration: You can expect 6–12 hours of support over the first few weeks after birth, usually spread across two to four visits.
- Focus: This support package helps families adjust to life with a newborn by offering practical assistance with infant care and feeding, as well as emotional reassurance during the early postpartum period.
Price: £150–£300
Full Support Package
For those seeking comprehensive care, I offer full support packages that cover the whole journey, from pregnancy to the postpartum period. These packages include antenatal education, continuous birth support and postnatal assistance, ensuring consistent care throughout your experience. By choosing a full support package, you can enjoy peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that I will be there for you every step of the way, providing personalised guidance and support tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
Full doula package description:
- Duration: Comprehensive support including 12 hours of antenatal support, continuous birth support, and 10 hours of postnatal support.
- Focus: This package provides a seamless experience throughout your journey, ensuring you receive consistent support and guidance from pregnancy through to the postpartum period.
